The leaders of the electrical dealers association at the market were stationed at the entrance of the market and prevented traders without voter’s cards from obtaining admission in an effort to guarantee that all vendors had their PVCs

In the two-minute video, a voice is heard saying access to the market will be denied to persons who don’t have their permanent voter cards (PVCs).

According to the background voice in the video, the officers are positioned to ensure that the traders obtain their  PVC before the deadline elapses. The voice also said the action is being taken to promote active voter participation in the general election.
