FREE SCHOOL FOUNDATION UNVEILS 12,000 SCHOLARSHIP PLACEMENT FOR STUDENTS ACROSS NIGERIA

A non-governmental organization,the free school foundation on Friday has unveiled 12,000 scholarship placement for students across the federation.

Speaking with newsmen at the occasion, the president of the foundation Dr. Akachi Nwoke, said the NGO had successfully enrolled 5,000 students in her scholarship scheme which comprised students of nursery, primary, secondary and tertiary institution across the 36states in Nigeria.

Akachi said the beauty of the 12,000 scholarship scheme is that it's completely free and the foundation is urging everyone to partner with the foundation to make the project a sustainable and achievable one.

He called on well meaning Nigerians and donors to support the organization in order to achieve its goal.

One of the beneficiaries of the scholarship Ugochukwu Great God said the scholarship had helped in completing tertiary education institution as his parents could not afford to train him to such level.
