TRUE NIGERIANS HONOURED AT 4TH AWARD

A celebration of  excellence at nation building it was, at the fourth edition of the 'True Nigerians,Heroes of Our Time  Award' as distinguished Nigerians were honoured with Awards for contributing and generating required capacity for sustainable development in the nation building experience at the Nicon Luxury Hotel in Abuja,Thursday, 1 December,2022.

Speaking at the event, the Minister of Interior Ogbeni Ralf Aregbesola seized the moment to admonish the recipients of awards to intensify their contribution towards nation building through his good will message  which was delivered by the Assistant Comptroller General of  the Nigerian Correctional Service, ACG O.O. Odara who represented the Minister of Interior. Odara enjoined Nigerians to take a cue from the exemplary contribution of the awardees to nation building.

The Executive Governor of Nassarawa state Engr. A.A. Sule showered encomiums on Zakky Azzay for creatively contributing his quota to nation building.His representative, ace-broadcaster and Director-General of Strategic Information and Communication,Nassarawa state,  Dr. Yakubu Lamai stated that the nation building Award was a timely approach like no other, and that his principal will leave no stone un turned in bringing into fruition the idea and  making the most of the true essence of the True Nigerian Award .



The convener of the Award, and host of  'True Nigerians television show, Zaaki Azzay did not mince words to emphasize that Nigeria is the only country he has.He stressed that he will not slow up nor slow down in contributing his quota to nation building.

Governors, Yaya Bello and AA Sule, Tobi Amosun, Dr. Mohammed Dikwa, Steve Baba Eko, Adenike Adebayo-the True Nigerian Queen-  among others were conferred with the awards of honour for distinguishing themselves as True Nigerians whose selfless services to nation building have grown in impact, in leaps and bound.

The Award-event did not go without a refreshing atmosphere of entertainment from musical performance from 'Goody Rider and comic acts of Ambassador Wahala and Gospel Alhaji.

'DON'T DEPLOY SECURITY ASSETS TO MONITOR GOSSIPS -HURIWA TO BUHARI

2023: El-Rufai Accuses Cabals In Aso Rock Of Working Against Tinubu, APC

  By Our Reporter  The Kaduna state Governor Nasir El-Rufai has accused some top government functionaries in Aso Rock of working against Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, (APC).
