THEY WANT ARM FORCES TO SCUTTLE 2023 ELECTIONS-IRABOR

In the midst of the intense commitment from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) towards a free, fair and polls in 2023, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Lucky Irabor, yesterday, staggeringly disclosed the resolve of security agencies not to compromise the forth coming elections amidst the profuse pressure they have come under.

General Irabor, dosed the speculations and fears of a truncated process. He called on Nigerians to keep faith with the arm forces as they are totally devoted to staying neutral before, during and after the exercise.

Appearing on the Ministerial Media Briefing anchored by the Presidential Communications Team at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, Irabor stated that security personnel,come under pressure with sundry inducements. 

However, he confirmed that notwithstanding, measures are in place by the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces to ensure that men  remain submissive to the command to stay neutral, stressing that personnel are being trained to remain professional before, during and after the elections have been codified and distributed to them for Standard Operations Practice.

'DON'T DEPLOY SECURITY ASSETS TO MONITOR GOSSIPS -HURIWA TO BUHARI

2023: El-Rufai Accuses Cabals In Aso Rock Of Working Against Tinubu, APC
